Rivermen make trade

The Langley Rivermen Hockey club has traded Mason Blacklock (94) to the Nanaimo Clippers in exchange for Brodie Jamieson (92). Jamieson has played in 125 career BCHL games and has put up 12 goals, 31 assists, and 84 penalty minutes. Blacklock has played in 40 career BCHL games and has put up 2 goals, 4 assists and 8 penalty minutes. This will be Jamieson’s fourth team in three years and assistant coach Bobby Henderson likes what he sees  “he’s got experience and is a veteran guy, with pretty good offensive ability and is just an overall honest player”.  It is expected both players will be in the line-up when the two teams meet on Friday, October 21st at the Frank Crane Arena.
