Rivermen edge Clippers

Even though the Rivermen were down by a score of 2-0 after the first period, they never gave up. The squad from Langley played an outstanding second period scoring three straight goals to take a 3-2 lead into the third period. After captain Trevor Fitzgerald scored to tie it up early in the third frame, new comer Scott Moyer bagged the go ahead goal and the eventual game winner at the 13:32 mark and was his second of the game. The line of Puskarich-Tebbutt-Dyck were great all night and combined for 5 points with Puskarich getting the first star honor. This win marks the second road win for the team and is a big confidence booster heading into tomorrow nights game in Langley against Powell River. I caught up with Scott Moyer after the game and got his thoughts, take a listen….http://soundcloud.com/brandon-4-3/oct-21st-scott-moyer-post-game
